I've done banking with other banks,but this bank just gave [-] good vibes from [-] moment I walked into [-] lobby,from [-] tellers,to [-] branch manager.
I,opened [-] account so [-] that I thought something went wrong,but it was their professional Forta that truly stands out.
With [-], I give them a 9 out of 10
only because I must now see [-] [-] banking with them move [-].

I started banking here right after they came to Williamston. I’ve never been as satisfied with a bank as I am with Community First. All of [-] employees are really great and are always so helpful. I [-]’t ever see myself going anywhere [-].
Very inexperienced staff. Also those are not [-] hour as [-] bank was closed on Friday, [-] 7th at 4:45pm
Personal service. More like a small town banking experience. [-] Most comfortable Bank. Work with [-] people. Your more then a #. .

Been going to this office for some time and everyone is so nice
[-] staff is fantastic. Friendly, helpful and patient. In bank you [-] only get [-] best service with a smile. [-] online technology is archaic. If you [-] not [-] on regularly, I believe they told [-] at least every two weeks, you have to call [-] branch to reset your password. [-] password reset might work and it might not. if it does, you can see your account, but that is it. Everything is done physically, [-] pay, wires, transfers. You have to set it up and it is physically completed each time it is done. As in they actually write a check for [-] payment for you and send in. This is [-] it was explained to us. You can't easily change any service and it can not be done online. [-] on [-] services need to be brought into this century.

report it and get a temporary card to pay [-]
bills today. Skyline [-] [-] single rep was
[-] all day. They suggested I [-] to [-]
Tower shops or North Fort Myers, their only
other locations [-] on Saturday. Drove to
[-] Tower shops. There they [-] [-] single
rep was [-]. I asked them to call North
Ft. Myers. They went to back room came back
and [-] they set it up and [-] waiting period
there would be 20 [-]. Drove to North Ft. Myers.
They [-] nobody had called called them about [-]
and [-] waiting period would be 2 hrs. which was
past closing. One of [-] last two were obviously
giving [-] a bold faced lie. I wasted more than 2
hours driving to all these locations and near 60
[-]. I want to [-] them for any late fees and
credit [-] incurred by their avoidance to
provide a temporary card. They all tell [-] they
are terribly backed up on Saturdays and I could
see [-] [-] lines. It is obvious that not only
local management but corporate management have
decided to [-] service to customers by not having
adequate staff working as needed. I can report [-]
fraud online but not get a temporary card. Find a
bank that gives you service..
I opened a CD that was paying a nice high rate. I received a letter about [-] account being inactive. I went to [-] bank and their clerk told [-] all was fine. Later I went to check and I was told [-] bank no longer had our money. This bank sent [-] money to [-] state and [-] they closed [-] account due to inactivity. [-] ridiculous is that. Of course there is inactivity you [-]'t withdraw from a CD because you get penalties. Run from this bank. They [-]'t help you resolve [-] problem. This was their way of avoiding paying [-] high interest they claim to offer. I am still trying to get [-] mother's money from [-] state. This was [-] money of [-] 84 year old widow on a fixed income. This bank rips you off. I [-] this review helps save someone [-] [-] I am going thru.
