I have been with this bank way back when it was stellar one [-] ladies at [-] branch in vinton [-] are [-] best, I have always been [-] with [-] banking experience.
0 [-] [-] mount va. branch who treated this customer as though i was criminal, implied i was money laundering, fraud, plus tramatized [-] with implying irs was investigating [-]. what bank after 7 yrs. service suddenly becomes this cruel empire with all [-] dictators and bank directors who come into [-] branch with this [-] and questions [-] transactions of a cashiers check, and put it on hold for 10 days. [-] purpose of a cashiers check is so there want be a problem at [-] bank. instead i had to endure bad customer service, who had to call and verify a cashiers check. i am 72 yrs. of age, and basically they were accusing [-] of illegal activity. i was buying [-] rv, sold [-] rv and suddenly i am criminal. i had deposited checks before from out of town, when sold [-] home, no one questioned that transaction. then you get these [-] employees coming into this small town branch to look for anything to create [-] for [-] working, retired elderly people here. i [-]'t know what is wrong with your [-] bank director there but for her to call [-] and threaten [-] with [-] government [-] be investigating [-] is so wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!what bank who prides themselves on good customer service does that to a customer ???????????????????????? and to ask [-] what i did before i retired is none of anyone [-]. what reference is that to [-] checking account with your bank unless you want to get into being a dictator of customers. [-] at this branch knew i was purchasing [-] rv and sold rv. What happened to communicating and listening to customer and tellers who knew [-], instead of threatening, assuming i was a criminial and ltraumatizing [-] so bad i could not talk. i want someone to look into this matter so that it [-] not happen to anyone [-] at this branch or any branch of your company. Who wants to endure this type of unforgiving madness is what i call it to put someone through. it. i did not deserve this type of treatment from tellers , and this so call [-] bank director, who was just horrible. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you need to correct this type of harassment at this bank to clients who are not doing anything but trying to live their lives. so now your bank sends [-] people to harass all retired elderly peoplke who just want to retire to [-] rv. now we all know what kind of bank you are running!!!! bank that wants to ruin all elderly peoples lives!!!!!! and not care about [-] consequences of your banks actions. i was closing out [-] account last month but covid hit [-] family and couldnt but on sept 22 i [-] be cdlosing [-] account and going to a bank who cares aABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. ATLANTRIC DOES NOT CARE WHEN YOU CALL A BANK TO VERIFY A CASHIUERS CHECK KNOWING THAT IT WAS PAID BY [-] BY A LEGITIMATE CREDIT UNION CUSTOMER WITH NAME AND PURPOSE OF [-] TRANSACTION!!!!! RV CAMPER. CANT BUY OR SELL CAMPERS OR ANYTHING UNLESS BANK HAS TO BE IN ON EVERYTHING I BUY OR SELL. WHEN DID BANK START TELLING CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY CAN AND CAN NOT [-] WITH THEIR [-] MONEY, OR [-] MONEY??????????? These people [-]’t want to help you over [-] phone, I’ve made [-] payments on time since I’ve had [-] vehicle and they aren’t posting.. now they want [-] to pay $712 of late fees. If I could give them a negative triple [-] in a review I would.
This bank has really messed up [-] husband and myself's banking relationship. [-] Wealth Management [-]. you best if you invest make sure right away if [-] accounts are set up correctly as they [-] [-] it down [-] road. It [-] cost you BIG , BEWARE!!!
They never answer phone, when asking them for a specific phone number it's wrong. They are horrible with customer service most of [-] time.

Stimulus was sent to our account and this bank sent it back. They didn’t recognize there own account numbers in there bank. Now refuses to take any liability or resolution. [-] note trust this bank with your money.
