This bank is a piece of [-], it takes them for ever to take [-] money out of your account once you have paid, even more [-] customer service is terrible. I cannot wait until im done with [-] [-] and never have to deal with these pigs ever again.!!!!!!!!!

[-] [-] [-] Mortgage [-] Officer there is wonderful to work with. [-] helped [-] and [-] wife purchase our first home. Great service, smart [-], and friendly throughout [-] entire process.
I double checked [-] lobby hours on [-] web before I plan [-] route today and it clearly [-] it was [-] till six I got here at five after five and [-] drive up in [-] lobby are both closed when I called they [-] I should’ve looked at [-] coronavirus specific update and there is nothing on this website
This has been [-] most inefficient banking experience I have ever experienced. Everything from [-] day I opened [-] account and there were errors to reordering a debit card, took off work and went into bank on Monday morning, paid to have it rushed, [-] I should receive in two days, looking for it to be delivered today, only to find out [-] bank has not even sent [-] information in for [-] order. They called this morning, [-] day it should have been delivered to verify [-] item. Why was it not verified when I stood there for over 30 minutes on Monday morning watching [-] young [-] struggling to help [-] with it, and why not until Wednesday? Everything I have attempted at this bank has become a major problem and issue. Maybe [-] two ladies sitting in talking in [-] window next to [-] young [-], who could clearly see [-] was struggling because [-] continued to ask their direction,
