I have never been more disappointed in a banking/ mortgage company in [-] life. [-] parents died and I have been trying to get a payoff on a home equity [-] they had to pay [-] amount due to mutual of Omaha/Citibank. You would think I am asking for someone’s right leg. We have been working on getting this pay off for well over a week. [-] home that [-] [-] is on has been sold and tried to close. Unable to close completely due to [-] fact that we [-] not have [-] pay off on [-] home equity [-]. Every time I talk to someone they say they have no information. [-] personal representative [-] and closing statements and death certificates have all been sent Via fax. Every time I get a [-] person that I speak with they [-]“ put a rush on it “. I [-] never [-] [-] with this company again. I am livid. I understand we are in a crisis in [-] United States right now. I am a healthcare worker. I see this crisis every day. I am trying to be understanding knowing that people are working from home. But [-] world did not end and people are still buying and selling homes. Please know that if I [-]’t get this pay off in [-] next day I [-] make sure that everyone I know understands [-] this company works.
