Reviews[-] means a part of a review was redacted. Names, profanity, phone numbers, account numbers, and email addresses being the main reasons. False positives happen as well, better to ere on the side of safety we think.

If I could give this bank 0 [-] I would, from day 1 its been a pain. [-] credit cards word be put on hold and when you called [-] 800 number to discuss [-] number was tied directly to [-] bank. We put 2 deposits into [-] bank at [-] convenience center last week only to have them mix up [-] deposits and put one act into [-] [-].
This morning 1 day before Christmas they put a 7 day hold on a check for 7 days making this a very slim Christmas for us.
I have been with this bank for 10 years and have put up with this check deposit dilemma for years, they act like its for [-] protection, what they really mean is after 10 years we still [-]'t trust you.
As soon as [-] check clears this is [-] end for [-] with this backward bank.
Oh and one more thing.. I had a client wanted to Zelle money into [-] act last week, it even shows all [-] zelle stuff on [-] Legend site. So after seeing all of that and telling [-] client to [-] ahead and send [-] money couldnt find [-] money !! Once I got [-] banker on [-] phone was told OH We dont support Zelle with commercial accounts.
What a fiasco.
