Has a Sony/Community Bank credit card holder. I have always paid [-] payments on time. I have never been late and I recently called to find out [-] much [-] payoff was and was given a payoff and it was sent immediately and it was paid in full before [-] due date or [-] next billing. So when [-] [-] billing came up there was a [-] balance but they still charged [-] $27 in interest and I have called to dispute this because I paid what they told [-] I owe and nothing was [-] about there going to be some more charges incurred , I called and talked to a customer service person and they [-] that their company does not remove interest fees. I am done with Sony and I [-] no longer recommend this company to anybody.
Terrible service! I have contacted them at least twenty times and they [-] not respond. I just want them to have [-] invoice sent to [-] and even though they have promised to send it to [-] on at least twenty different occasions, they have not done so. I am going to try to pay off and close this terrible account as soon as possible, and I advise others to avoid doing [-] with them. PS: I would also give them [-] [-] if I could! Also, I [-]'t think people understand [-] to rate companies. There are many people on this site who give them terrible reviews but then give them five start! I [-]'t think they understand [-] to give ratings.
Serious errors in crediting payments
A bank with no physical address, who doesn't answer [-] phone, who's website is redirected... is not a bank
I am going through [-] mos HORRIFIC experience I have ever had since birth with Comenity relative to [-] [-]'s Secret card I applied for and was approved for towards [-] end of October. I applied in [-] store and they should not have done [-] application on a tablet because somehow [-] whole thing got screwed up and it did not issue a shopping pass for [-] to purchase [-] 3 bras that I had spent over and hour trying to select. It would not let [-] purchase [-] through even though I had been approved for $150 credit [-]. Well I call customer service and when they couldn't verify [-] accoutn via social sec # it was obvious that [-] social security number was incorrect... even though I had input it several times correctly at [-] store. So I was told to write a letter to [-] bank and include a photo of [-] front and back of [-] drivers license along with [-] social security card explaining what happened. That was done immediately.. [-] forward to December 14th... today... after making over a dozen calls and speaking with over 20 reps and finding out that this had been escalated to [-] in global account services who had written a couple of notes in [-] file indicating that she was having difficulty changing [-] soc Sec #.... NOT ONE HUMAN BEING at that bank has been able to resolve this!!!! UTTERLY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL... Not even ONE phone call to [-] to explain what is going on..... DISGUSTING! So... Today.... I call [-] PRESIDENT of [-] bank to give him and earful!!! I [-] [-] has earplugs because there is going to be some cursing and yelling......
AVOID DEALING WITH COMENITY BANK IF AT ALL POSSIBLE! I have been with Bank of [-] over 35 years and have not had a significant problem with them in all that time...and I [-] NOT love them. Since Comenity took over service on [-] AAA Credit Card in October of 2022, less than 2 months ago, I have had 3 MAJOR [-], [-] latest of which [-] cause [-] to cancel [-] important [-] trip. And of course, they are not accepting blame or fixing [-] obvious situation ,but they [-] review it...in 30 to 90 days! Am I supposed to be [-]...or grateful? This is not [-] a [-] bank operates or treats customers...especially [-] ones! I can't imagine that they have any customers willing to stick with them for [-]. I sure won't! have trouble with bjs Master charge card thru comenity bank since [-] 2022 [-]'t been unable to get into [-] account for [-] last 7 days and neither of [-] 4 assoc that tried to help were unable too. thanks for bjs changing their master card to a [-] bank

I have had credit with commenity for over 7 years, although i get a [-] statement i always [-] online. I recenlty missed a 600.00 payment for no interest. Yes, [-] fault. i was 900 away from a [-] balance and they hit [-] with 1500.00 first time i have missed pay off, i literally am sick, in times so crappy it hurts just hurts, enough to tears.

I agree with all [-] other reviews. There is no street mailing address for payments so I can't pay through [-] bank., Then [-] [-] comes late, which I [-]'t yet received for October, and I get a late fee. I argued them to drop [-] fee and they finally did. Seems they had [-] wrong address; however, [-] first [-] came to [-] right address. I can't wait to pay this off and tear it up! At least by calling them I did get [-] balance and [-] amount of payment due. Another half hour wasted.
Comenity is [-] worse bank I have dealt with in [-] last 15 years. I have been owed a credit from [-] online shopping account for $145. [-] company tried processing [-] return but Comenity couldn't process [-] return. I called Comenity and they [-] [-] store hadn't submitted [-] refund yet. Then I called [-] store back and they [-] it was [-] bank. and now they are tacking on late fees as [-] only balance left is [-] credit amount.

Bank is impossible to get a hold of. Comenity does financing for smile generation credit card. their site doesn't list actual [-] location. site glitches out when you click on [-]. When you are transferred to speak to someone, it drops you off after one ring consistantly.

I tried for several months to speak with Comenity concerning their late fees. I ask everyone I speak to [-] they know that people and I are having hard times. I pay [-] account every month late. I tried to discuss [-] facing financial challenges with [-] number of people at Comenity. I also used [-] number on [-] website for facing challenges with no help. I have 140.00 dollars worth of late fees for trying to pay [-] [-] each month. I discuss [-] challenges every month with no results. Comenity is not concern with their customers. They just want to use this opportunity to make more money.

I have a BJ’’s perks Mastercard. Despite paying [-] full amount of [-] [-] before [-] due date i was charged interest of $19.88 on a balance of $1473.89 for being allegedly 1 day late. This is approximately annual interest of $7300 on a debt of $1448. Outrageous
I [-] give commenity bank 0 [-]. I had multiple credit cards through them for 15 years. I paid [-] 2 credit card bills 1 hour late (central time, not eastern) would not reverse [-] late fees. Closed all [-] accounts.

terrible bank with deceptive fees
Since [-] 28th I've had [-] with Comenity Bank as of today [-] 20th I've spoke to at least 15 different people at Comenity. Although [-] [-] are very simple no one has done anything to resolve [-] issue. Today I was told it [-] take another 60 days to to correct a problem caused 100% by a Comenity error. I would rate Comenity Bank a "0" [-].
This bank is abhorrent and cares only about [-] amount of money they make, not about people! I have a very good payment history and have had one late payment with this company which was [-] error on their side in crediting a return. After being out of work for 3 months due to Covid just like [-] rest of [-] country, I still scraped together enough money to make [-] payment every month but made it a couple of days late ONCE and they absolutely refuse to credit [-] $35 late fee back! Unbelievable!! Absolutely unconcerned with their customers!!
Stay [-] AWAY from this "bank." They steal from you. I made a payment but still had a balance on [-] account of $0.21. (That's 21 CENTS.) They charged [-] a late fee of $37 and a "minimum interest charge" of $2.00. For 21 CENTS!

TERRIBLE... I called about a mistake and they refused to remove their extraordinarily outrageous interest charge. I pay [-] credit cared bills IN FULL every month. They [-] cause [-] to stop using this card and to no longer purchase from [-] company whose affinity card I have used. I have been getting charged late fees for a card that was paid in full for 7 months now and they are taking it out of [-] cards available balance and charging [-] interest on their late fee!!!!
