I had a conversation with a Mrs. [-] in [-] overdraft department and she is one of [-] rudest and condescending people that I have ever talked to. She talks over you and makes smart allergies comments. Since kentucky Bank merged with SYB Ive had nothing but issues with [-] Yard Bank.

Equity Bank in Sedalia Missouri is [-] worst bank I have ever had to deal with. [-] overall feeling of distrust after every interaction with this bank. I changed banks for [-] specifically because they were refusing to take [-] payments or continued phone calls to address payments. Someone from that bank was texting [-] but never responding or answering calls. Told them 4 different occassions [-] address and still refused to correct it or send statements. I am so [-] I [-] never have to deal with this bank again.

I've been a loyral customer for more than 20 years. For years I've made [-] mortgage payments a month in [-] for more than [-] payment. When I needed a [-] roof I found a company that [-] via your bank. For [-] February payment i set up a 205.00 payment on your webBefore I could get [-] confirmation i was kicked off'. I have tried calling in after receiving a [-] gram but found it impossible to get past your computer that answers [-] telephone you have managed to turn a [-] customer into a very irate one. All I wanted was to speak with a live person because I made a 437.00 payment today and once again I was kicked off your site with no confirmation number so did [-] payment take or is this your way of cllecting late fees.
I had [-] extremely difficult time with Ms. Manzano. I was helping [-] mother which was very concerning to [-] , I [-] they [-] not treat anyone [-] in this manner.
This branch is a [-]. [-] account was hacked and over $500 what's taken. Call [-] main office to file a complaint about it they helped [-] get [-] investigations started on [-] fraudulent charges. While on [-] phone I asked to have [-] card cancelled which [-] young lady helping [-] gladly inclined. After being on [-] phone for a half [-] hour to 45 minutes I was given answers to some questions but not all. Once [-] bank branch opened I went in and asked [-] teller for two withdrawal slips. Fill them out handed them back to him (while wearing a face covering) and [-] proceeded [-] out [-] money and hand it to [-]. Not once what I asked for any kind of identification. After being handed [-] money I proceeded to let him know what happened to [-] account and that I needed a [-] card. Gladly obliged and asked [-] to have a seat and [-] would let [-] know when it is ready. [-] asked [-] to come to [-] counter enter a PIN number for [-] [-] card. After doing so I took [-] card and left yet again not once was I asked for any kind of identification and again still wearing [-] face covering. About 2 hours later I checked [-] account again install there was another $70 cruising out of [-] account and now [-] account is overdrafted once again. Not only that but 2 minutes I received [-] email confirming [-] online purchase that was just made. I have not [-] to [-] card to any of [-] online accounts. [-] was this Purchase made if [-] card was cancelled? This is absolute absurdity that this goes on especially inside [-] bank branch. If I can't trust tellers to ask for identification when someone tries to withdraw money from [-] account [-] can I even trust this Bank when money is being pulled out on a canceled card? I [-] be finding a [-] bank as soon as I can!!

Great service, easy to work with
I'm so annoyed that after months of depositing [-] daughters ssi check into [-] account I opened just for. All of a sudden I can't. Why didn't someone catch this sooner?!

Your web site [-] you were [-], so I drove to [-] branch location that was reportedly [-]. It was closed. [-] folks at Safeway [-] it had been closed for a while. [-] about posting that on your web site.
They treat you like family. Eager to work for you. Friendly.
[-] experiences at this particular PNC is horrible. I wish that I didn't have to give any [-]. There is not one person at this branch that I have dealt with, has any type of personality at all. Now, [-]'t get [-] wrong, they were doing there [-] and protecting [-] account of [-] employer. However, they did not [-] it with kindness nor tact. [-] 2 ladies that worked with [-] to [-] a check that [-] employer written, were in fact managers and they were [-] worst; no customer service skills at all. They could not recognize [-] signature on a large check that was written from [-] [-] and that was ok. They were taking [-] steps that they should to make sure that I was not stealing but they made [-] feel as if I was a criminal. After standing at [-] window for about 15 minutes without [-] utterance from her, I finally had to ask her if there was a problem. A good customer service teller would have explained to [-] what was going on (with a smile) and ask [-] to take a seat. I had to ask her if she wanted [-] to sit down. No way would I ever, and I mean ever [-] [-] account here. Treat people with respect and kindness and SMILE for goodness sake.
