I went to a branch I normally [-]’t bank at in [-] hill [-] at chapel Ave and Haddonfield rd and [-] Manager there treated [-] with no respect and was down right insulting , would not [-] [-] check and refused to give [-] [-] answer on why not , so I never had a bank personal not give a reason why so I felt like I was in [-] twilight zone episode I asked again what’s [-] issue [-] [-] I just ain’t cashing [-] check ,, so un professional I [-] not bank with Republic anymore because of this inter [-] I had made [-] so upset and still is effecting [-] today a week later

Probably could get five if theor system updated properly and you could get in touch with a live rep. [-] return has been done for over 48 hrs but it still isn't pulling up [-] social on file and I have been waiting on a decision on [-] [-] on [-] return. [-] main reason I [-] 1 [-] is because your system takes too [-] to update information and cant speak to anyone.

[-] never answer and when they [-] you get [-] up on. Has had [-] stimulus check since [-] 15

I have been on hold with this bank for 3 hours and 15 minutes now, this is insane, I just wanted to see [-] [-] I would be on hold cause I have [-] time, but never thought i would have to wait this [-] too
speak with someone. Highly disappointed.

I am a ERO that has been doing [-] with republic bank for over 6 years.IRS contacted [-] about [-] EFIN being compromise and had to inactive [-] EFIN and issue [-] a [-] EFIN doing [-] tax season.It have been going on two weeks for Repblic bank to correct [-] issues and process [-] [-] EFIN.So [-] company could be able to provide [-] bank products to [-] customers, no one had contacted [-] about [-] procedures and [-] customer service representatives show no empathy towards [-] situation.I [-]'t been able to provide services to [-] customers for two.I can't speak directly to [-] individual a Republic Bank

These people here are absolutely insane, I got [-] check on [-] 26th of February only to have to change [-] name on [-] check. After changing [-] name and waiting for them to send [-] check now it's oh you have to send in a reissue check form, to well you have to send in [-] reissued check form and [-] voided check!!!! Now we are almost a week and a half and j still [-]'t yet received [-] check after we have done over and beyond what they asked. It's like those people up there are retarded as [-]!!!!!! I think they need to hire smarter people this year!!!!!!
