I have credit card with them for years, they are a reputal bank with good cistomer service

Alamo Brach : Bank of [-] has [-] most kind and knowledgeable employees. I love banking in this branch. They [-] above and beyond [-] expectations.

I have been with Bank of [-] since 1974. During that time, service has declined dramatically, primarily due to staff reductions ([-] people who are still there [-] a great [-]). Why aren't they [-] on Saturday anymore? There are some transactions that must occur at a bank and some people who cannot get away from work Monday through Friday. As soon as I can move [-] automatic payments from B of A to a more accommodating financial institution I [-] leave.

You would think that BofA would be there for you in these COVID times. No way !! 2 tellers and LOTS of people in [-]. A trip to [-] bank has become a 90 minute nightmare !!
