Fremont Bank Corporate

Horrible experience [-] never set foot in Fremont bank again. [-] and [-] sister were referred to Fremont bank from two of [-] friends who refinanced their homes through Fremont bank. [-] initial appointment with Shakuria went very well and pleasant, and she stated that we would be hearing back from [-] underwriter within 24 hours. Two weeks went by no one never called us instead [-] and [-] sister called [-] branch numerous times and kept getting [-] run around about [-] we would be contacted within 24 hours. Today I called at least 3 times to check [-] status on [-] application no answer [-] phone rung 10 times. I decided to stop by [-] branch while I was in [-] parking lot I decided to call on [-] cell phone one last time still no answer. I knocked on [-] [-] and one of [-] bankers let [-] in. I immedately ask to speak with [-] branch manger, and [-] African American gentleman stated that [-] was [-] manger. [-] was very rude, I stated I wanted to put a complaint in about [-] lack of professionalism. [-] [-] [-] would put [-] compliant in and that there was noone [-] over him who I could contact to make [-] complaint . I asked him [-] come they didnt answer [-] phone all day [-] stated that they were extermly busy which is a lie. There was no one in [-] bank except [-] tellers and I lietrally called ten minutes before [-] buzzed [-]. [-] bank manger was very unprofessional and lied to [-] in [-] face that they were to busy to answer [-] phone. I told [-] sister that we [-] no longer be doing buisness with Fremont bank Instead we went up [-] street to patelco credit unioin where we were welcomed with [-] arms. Ill make sure that anyone assiocated with [-] want be doing buiness with fremont at least [-] Castro Valley Branch. If I could I would give them [-] [-]. They lack basic customer service and need training, especially [-] Branch manager.
