Very disappointed in manager at this branch for not correcting [-] overcharge for a safe deposit box. Sent letter of complaint to CEO [-] Moynihan and now I use banks other than Bank of [-] for all of [-] ATM needs as [-] account allows for unlimited ATM services at non Bank of [-] ATM

This branch does not EVER answer [-] phone. I called 17 times in a [-] from 1:13 pm to 2:13 pm on a Wednesday. [-] 1800 number on [-] online site or app also leaves you on hold for over 33 minutes which started at 2:15 on a Wednesday. They are either short employees or just provide terrible customer service.
