Great bank

It is highly impersonal since you removed [-] drive through and removed [-] tellers...Now I have to travel over 5 [-] to [-] [-] banking. I [-] be closing [-] [-] account soon and it is sad since I have been a [-] customer for 25 years. Some automation is fine, but when you remove all tellers and make it a [-] bank with no customer service it is a big ATM and not a bank anymore.

This bank [-], not [-] branch [-] whole bank. They wouldn't let [-] Zelle pymt [-] thru to [-] other account because they thought it was fraudulent. They claimed I answered personal questions about myself wrong. Well I think I know [-] and [-] father's middle name. Now I deposited a 5600.00 check last [-] and they wont release [-] funds because they once again think it is fraudulent. Dont use them! I am without food and [-] medication and they dont care. I have waited patiently for 5 days.
