She was quick to respond to [-] thousand questions I had during [-] [-] process and always patient when I didn't understand something. [-]'s work was extremely thorough and we were able to close in a timely manner. I would highly recommend [-] at [-] Moore branch for all your [-] needs!

I have been trying to get and appt for iver a month. I [-] on [-] and instead od making [-] [-] appt in Riseburg where i live it wants to maje on in Coos [-]. I am so tired of this. Even went to [-] bank. [-] teller took [-] name and phone # well guess what no one has called
Unbelievably bad service since [-] merger in 2020, they [-] not secure your accounts and good luck getting any answers or accountability. I prefer to remain anonymous because I need to [-] one empty account [-] for when they refund money they lost then blamed on [-], I had to turn to [-] FDIC and CFPB for them to even acknowledge [-]. [-] NOT BANK AT DIME!
I have been a [-] time customer with Dime. Customer service is horrible no one ever gets back to you. No one ever picks up phone when you have a question. I have a commercial [-] and commercial equity [-] with dime. Recently they over charged [-] 650.00 on [-] equity payment and they didn’t even give [-] explanation. I was told it’s computer error. I have been trying to resolve this issue for [-] refund but no one knows what department handles this. [-] service is [-] worse. No one ever at there desk to [-] up phone. Worse commercial department I have dealt with. Finally been trying to combine [-] mortgage and [-] of credit to reduce [-] monthly payment but as of now nothing is being.
Ive been banking with nycb for five years.Ive been having a problem with [-] branch0122 on132 ave u .We seem to have a problem reaching [-] bank on a regular weekday hours.There answer [-] bank [-] as if there at there own home,asking [-] who [-] i know there and want to speak to rudely.I understand [-] mangers come and [-],I've been a loyal customer .We [-] expect more professional interaction when dealing on a daily with bank employees.Mrs [-] and [-] [-] teller are [-] only helpful worker at that branch.Im hoping i [-]'t have to find a [-] bank in [-] near future.
I was visiting First Midwest Bank to close [-] [-] account because of what I thought was continual unauthorized transactions on [-] account. I also share a personal account with [-] wife in which we experienced [-] same thing. I must admit, I came in [-]. Mr. [-] Williams recognized [-] after only one visit and spoke as I walked into [-] lobby. When [-] called [-] over and reviewed [-] account. [-] explained professionally what had occurred on [-] account and personally helped [-] set up [-] mobile [-] checking account. I am totally impressed with his customer service experience and believe [-] is certainly [-] asset to your establishment and should be recognized for his expertise. Thanks FirstMidwest
Your establishment is a disgrace. You should be ashamed of yourself. I waited over [-] hour on three separate occasions for assistance logging into [-] accounts. All three times I got dial tone back. I've already opened [-] account in another bank and at [-] first convenience, I intend to close [-] accounts with your establishment.
[-] Bank branches have no idea about customer needs. All they [-] is give you [-] run around during this pandemic. They were not willing to help with [-] situation.
They just sat at their desks [-] shuffled [-] and looked at computers. There was about 10 people waiting to be seen.

I wired some money in Romania Europe on October 18, 2019, they did not arrived until this date Oct 30, 2019
Incompetence, hostility, anxiety of employees, and rudeness. Lousy interest rates. That's [-] opinion.
