This bank took all [-] money from [-] checking account, and gave it to someone [-]! $9000.00 I am waiting for them to decide to return [-] money
[-] wife and I are 20 year customers with multiple accounts, and I am pulling them all!
[-] Agnew VP of [-] Ga branch released [-] funds from [-] nonprofit account to someone not authorized by [-], [-] also lied to [-] about [-] account's safety. I have witnesses! Over $10,000 gone!!!!! Where is corporate to save us?
I was charged numerous times Overdraft fees which resulted in even more Overdraft fees and is threatening to close [-] account. I have been a LOYAL customer since 2017 and find this as stealing and no regards for customer retention. If all [-] overdraft fees (which [-] items were not paid either) then [-] account would not be in [-] negative and threatening to be closed and ruin [-] credit. Its just not right and this review is ONLY [-] beginning of [-] complaint. Giving a 1 [-] review is being generous. When I called and tried to speak with [-] branch manager she was very rude and did not want to help [-] out at all
We are direct deposit account holders at your Ocala FL 'Cascades' office on E Silver Springs Blvd. On Sat 11/28 we made a [-] deposit in [-] ATM of this branch....thinking reasonably that [-] funds would CERTAINLY be available Monday AM. WRONG...! We called [-] branch office and were told [-] [-] deposit world not be available until 12:01 [-]....for a [-] deposit made Saturday!!!! We told [-] manager this was simply NOT acceptable His borderline rude response was...'nothing I can [-]....you'll just have to wait'. [-] promised us every which way that [-] funds would REALLY be there after midnight Monday. Of course they were NOT available.....not until [-] morning! [-] was way less than helpful, basically telling us ....'tough...that's [-] way it is.' It is NOT acceptable for a [-] deposit made on Saturday not to be available in our checking account until [-] morning!!!! Our lesson learned is twofold: 1st....NEVER deposit ANYTHING in your ATM machines, only withdraw [-]....2nd....perhaps we need to seek a different bank (there is certainly no shortage of banks in our area!) that actually seems to WANT our direct deposits...!!!!
I have NEVER had a bank give [-] such a hard time about cashing a check. I was treated VERY rudely. I DID NOT need a “representative payee” account and your “legal [-]” are a bunch of idiots! I went to Gardner’s friggin grocery store and was able to [-] [-] check with NO PROBLEM!! A grocery store could [-] a check that [-] own bank couldn’t. That’s sad. I need a [-] bank.

They’ve given [-] three different stories and none adds up but want to call [-] a liar!!!! I [-] be closing this account ASAP! Asked for some information and it and was refused to be given it about [-] own account
TO WHOM IT [-] CONCERN, I have called numerous times to get [-] vehicle title after [-] was paid off in full, they never sent [-] [-] [-] payoff letter neither [-] vehicle title. nobody has answer to where [-] title went. I currently live in Oklahoma and [-] current address was updated during [-] to get [-] statements, but after couple months of being paid off they [-]'t know where all of [-] stuff went. this is ridiculous service.
Renasant bought out [-] bank and took a three generation customer into a frustrated VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER. IM TRYING TO CLOSE [-] CHECKING ACCOUNT AND ITS LIKE LEAVING A CULT . In person visit see [-] manager who is there but [-] only take a [-]. Tried to close account online and [-] supervisor is [-] only one who can help. Guess what [-] supervisor is not in. I’ll hold then. Call disconnected. PLEASE [-] NOT USE THIS BANK.
